Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Tulsa, OK)

Redstone Kestrel Markets is a Tulsa retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
