Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Forge Freight and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to dock schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support dock schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
