Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Tulsa, OK)

Clearpath Bridge Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Tulsa, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
