Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Tulsa, OK)

Greenridge River Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Tulsa region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
