Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Tulsa, OK)

Harborlight Drift Facilities is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to customer sites at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer sites. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
