Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Tucson, AZ)

Rivermark Pike Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Tucson region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
