Highbridge Summit Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 722 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. • Experience with an ERP system.
