Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Tucson, AZ)

Silverline Vale Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Tucson producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
