Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Toledo, OH)

Ironwood Maple Manufacturing Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 80 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Keep stock linked to tooling at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
