Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Toledo, OH)

Stonegate Junction Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Toledo, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to waiting lists at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
