Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Toledo, OH)

Silverline Drift Civic Services Partners provides shared administrative services to local governments around Toledo. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. What you will do • Keep stock linked to procurement at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support procurement. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
