Silverline Rowan Civic Services is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to constituent requests at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support constituent requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
