Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Toledo, OH)

Stonegate Rowan Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Toledo area, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to supplier orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
