Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Toledo, OH)

Clearpath Field Markets Partners serves neighbourhoods around Toledo with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
