Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Tampa, FL)

Clearpath Birch Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Tampa region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
