Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Tampa, FL)

Stonegate Vale Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Tampa, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 821 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
