Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (St. Louis, MO)

Stonegate Granite Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in St. Louis, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to repair requests at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support repair requests. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
