Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (St. Louis, MO)

Amberfield Wilder Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in St. Louis. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 580 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to classroom supplies at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support classroom supplies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
