Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (St. Louis, MO)

Stonegate Umber Facilities is a facilities company in St. Louis with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to safety inspections at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
