Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (St. Louis, MO)

Bright Vista Construction is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 398 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep stock linked to change orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
