Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Spokane, WA)

Fernwood Ivory Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Spokane, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
