Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Timber Auto Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
