Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Spokane, WA)

Summit Junction Auto Group Partners is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
