Lumen Maple Manufacturing is a Spokane manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to machine downtime at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
