Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Spokane, WA)

Bright Bridge Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Spokane region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
