Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Spokane, WA)

Redstone Fox Pharma develops and makes medicines in Spokane. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
