Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Spokane, WA)

Stonegate Pike Early Learning is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to tuition and subsidies at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
