Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Spokane, WA)

Ironwood Meridian Hospitality Partners runs guest-focused properties across the Spokane area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to housekeeping schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
