Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Spokane, WA)

Lumen Summit Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Spokane. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep stock linked to resident services at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident services. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
