Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Bright Rook Markets Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to promotions at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
