Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Seattle, WA)

Westbrook Meridian Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Seattle, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Keep stock linked to sanitation schedules at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support sanitation schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
