Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Seattle, WA)

Northwind Kestrel Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Seattle. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep stock linked to repair requests at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support repair requests. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
