Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Seattle, WA)

Nova Summit Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Seattle producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
