Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Savannah, GA)

Clearpath Beacon Markets serves neighbourhoods around Savannah with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
