Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Savannah, GA)

Lumen Meadow Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Savannah. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 176 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to pricing at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support pricing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
