Greenridge Field Press Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to print quotes at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support print quotes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
