Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Savannah, GA)

Lumen Ashton Facilities is a facilities company in Savannah with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to safety inspections at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety inspections. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
