Amberfield Meadow Press is a printer and publisher in Savannah serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders.
