Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Savannah, GA)

Rivermark Cedar Health is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
