Lumen Pine Markets is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
