Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (San Jose, CA)

Redstone Ivory Health Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 416 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
