Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (San Jose, CA)

Bluepeak Vista Press produces print and digital publications in San Jose, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 726 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to proofing at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support proofing.
