Amberfield Lantern Construction Partners is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Keep stock linked to subcontractor invoices at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support subcontractor invoices. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
