Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (San Diego, CA)

Harborlight Rook Property Management manages apartment communities around San Diego. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to maintenance requests at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
