Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (San Diego, CA)

Fernwood Kestrel Property Management looks after rental homes across the San Diego area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to vendor invoices at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
