Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (San Diego, CA)

Highbridge Nest Early Learning is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to licensing records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support licensing records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
