Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (San Diego, CA)

Rivermark Umber Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in San Diego with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
