Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (San Antonio, TX)

Amberfield Granite Markets serves neighbourhoods around San Antonio with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
