Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (San Antonio, TX)

Bright Beacon Manufacturing Group is a San Antonio manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to tooling at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
