Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Haven Early Learning and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to licensing records at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support licensing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
